Anyway, my main concern is knowing what's halachically permissible, not what ignorant people do. However, to prese...People are starting to wise up.<br /><br />However, to present the other side of the story, the kashrut establishment claims that it does more than just read ingredients, but also ensures that the equipment is kasher, same for obscure ingredients that the average consumer knows nothing about, etc. Still, I think they've pushed too far by certifying toilet cleaner and foil.
